Role Description
The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end design projects, from concept development to completion, in an on-site role based in South Delhi. This full-time position involves meeting clients to understand requirements, creating design concepts and mood boards, and preparing detailed drawings and specifications. The Senior Interior Designer will oversee space planning, coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors, and guide FF&E selection to ensure cohesive and high-quality interiors. The role includes reviewing construction progress, resolving on-site design challenges, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. The Senior Interior Designer will also mentor junior team members and ensure that all deliverables reflect Irama Studio's design standards.

Qualifications
  • Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills to develop functional, aesthetically aligned layouts.
  • Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to coordinate effectively with project teams and contractors.
  • Expertise in FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, specification, and sourcing.
  • Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of commercial interior experience leading interior design projects from concept through execution.
  • Strong communication and client management skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
  • Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
