Job Description What Makes the Special Projects Group Unique? The Special Projects Group focuses on projects typically under $10 million, including: Tenant Improvements Occupied Renovations Healthcare Upgrades Retail Construction Commercial Renovations Emergency Response Projects Fast-Track Commercial Work Because these projects move quickly and require high-touch client service, team members gain broad experience across all phases of construction.
