Job Description:-

• Design, develop, and enhance EPBCS models, business rules, dashboards, processes based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand planning processes and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support end-to-end implementation activities including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Perform model optimization, troubleshooting, and performance improvements while adhering to EPM best practices.
• Develop and support integrations between EPBCS and other source systems.
• Support UAT, SIT, regression testing, and production deployments while ensuring solution quality and business acceptance.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation and conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Work closely with global delivery teams and client stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Key skills required

• 5–8 years (Senior Consultant) of experience in EPM model building and implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience with EPBCS dimensions, lists, hierarchies, forms, Workflow.
• Good understanding of planning processes such as FP&A, Supply Chain Planning, Workforce Planning, Sales Planning.
• Experience in solution design, requirement analysis, testing, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
