Coaching Inn Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee maintenance and capital projects across a network of hotels in the North Region. The role involves reactive repairs, contractor management and ensuring safety, compliance and operational efficiency.You will manage budgets, coordinate Capex and provide technical guidance to General Managers.
