In addition to investment sales, LSH Group assists clients with equity raises and capital markets opportunities.Role Description LSH Group is seeking an Investment Sales Associate to join its on-site team in Carlsbad, CA. The associate will work on senior housing transactions nationwide, with a primary focus on business development, including identifying prospective clients, building relationships with owners and investors, and helping generate new assignments. The role also involves researching markets and comparable sales, analyzing property and operating data, supporting valuations, and preparing offering memoranda, presentations, and other marketing materials. The candidate is highly motivated, proactive, and eager to build relationships and develop a career in senior housing investment sales. This is a commission-only position with an anticipated start in late spring/early summer or immediately after graduation. The selected candidate will have an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of senior housing investment sales in the months leading up to the start date.QualificationsStrong interest and foundational knowledge in Investment Sales and Investments.Basic Finance skills, including understanding of cash flow, returns, and valuation concepts relevant to commercial real estate.Exposure to Brokerage and Sales activities, with an aptitude for client service, relationship building, and professional communication.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or a related field.Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools; ability to create clear spreadsheets and presentations.Proficiency with AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools to support research, financial analysis, and presentation development.Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to organize multiple tasks effectively.Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment and willingness to learn from senior professionals. xzbcwsv Prior internship or experience in real estate, brokerage, investments, or financial analysis.
