Permanent job opening Seeking a board certified neonatal nurse practitioner New grads welcome Join a growing neonatal practice in Tyler, Texas Become part of a dynamic, collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care Work within a patient-centered model focused on maintaining the health and wellness of newborns and their families Opportunity Highlights: 18-bed Level III NICU Affiliated with the UT System and UT Southwestern On-campus residency program Approximately 140 deliveries per month Collaborative two-physician care model Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive care in a Level III NICU setting Collaborate with physicians, NNPs, and multidisciplinary team members Participate in high-risk delivery attendance and neonatal resuscitation Partner with hospital leadership to support quality and safety initiatives Deliver evidence-based, family-centered neonatal care Ideal Candidate: Board Certified as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC) Passion for working with newborns and supporting families Commitment to collaborative, team-based practice Excellent communication and leadership skills Dedication to high-quality, continuous patient care Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
