Executive/Assistant Manager -Video Editor and Designer

Position: Video Editor and Designer Location: Wakad Type: Full-Time Employment Start Date – Immediate Experience – 3 -4 years We are looking for a video editor and designer with 3-4 years of experience to create engaging long- and short-form videos for internal and external communications, including Instagram and YouTube. The role requires strong sense of storytelling, sharp editing instincts, and the ability to translate creative direction into polished, high-impact visual outputs. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end video editing across digital content, campaigns etc. Translate briefs into engaging visual narratives with strong pacing, rhythm, and storytelling Manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines Oversee colour correction, sound design, and overall finishing quality Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all video content Adapt and optimize edits for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube etc.) Stay updated with evolving formats, editing styles, and content trends. You are a great fit if you: Have 3-4 years of experience in video editing (brand, agency or content studio) Have good proficiency in English language Are proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve and/or Final Cut Pro and Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) Proficiency in AI-assisted editing tools Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and sound Ability to interpret creative directions and execute with clarity and precision Have a strong creative eye with attention to details and quality Have a strong portfolio of Reels/short-form and YouTube long-form videos. Experience with motion graphics/animation is a plus
