Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated, proactive Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities and develop client relationships for our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients, projects and new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, calls, emails, networking, referrals and industry events.
• Approach and communicate with developers, real estate companies, hotels, resorts, FECs, malls, architects and other relevant clients.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable company services.
• Arrange and attend client meetings and presentations.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into projects.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Research upcoming projects and market opportunities.
• Coordinate with the internal design and technical teams for proposals and client requirements.
• Maintain the CRM and regularly update lead and opportunity status.
• Prepare basic business development reports and track the sales pipeline.
• Represent the company at relevant exhibitions, conferences and networking events.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales .
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
• Good understanding of the B2B sales process.
• Proactive and target-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
• Experience in real estate, construction, architecture, hospitality, leisure or FEC will be an advantage.
