Media Buyer – (Meta Ads) Company: Gividreams LLC Type: Full time. About the Role We're a fast-growing digital products e-commerce company running multiple Shopify stores across niches like faith-based content, parenting education, math resources, and wellness. We're looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer to own and scale paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram). Responsibilities • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns across multiple Shopify stores • Manage daily ad budgets and aggressively test creatives, audiences, and offers to improve ROAS • Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports with actionable insights • Collaborate with the creative team to brief UGC videos, static ads, and carousel formats • Monitor ad frequency, CPM, CTR, CPA, and LTV metrics daily • Scale winning campaigns while cutting losers efficiently • Stay updated on Meta algorithm changes, ad policies, and platform best practices • Coordinate with pod heads and editors within the media buyer pod structure Requirements • 1–3 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience (Facebook Business Manager / Ads Manager) • Must have managed $50,000–$100,000 USD/month in Meta ad spend with documented results • Proven track record of managing ₹5 L+ monthly ad budgets with measurable ROAS • Strong understanding of funnel strategy — from hook to landing page to checkout • Comfortable reading data: ROAS, CPM, CTR, CPA, CVR, and AOV • Experience working with digital products, e-commerce, or info-product brands preferred • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and audience segmentation • Knowledge of Shopify analytics and/or tools like Triple Whale, Hyros, or similar is a plus • Strong communication skills and a bias for speed and execution Nice to Have • Experience with UGC ad briefing and working with video editors • Knowledge of email marketing tools like Klaviyo • Exposure to multi-store or multi-niche ad management What We Offer • Competitive salary + performance incentives • Work with a high-growth team managing crores in monthly ad spend • Hands-on learning across multiple niches and markets • Fast career growth within our pod-based team structure
