Job Description Supervise and manage all aspects of public sector construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site. Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively. Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and schedules. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and updates. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work aligns with project goals. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent - Public Sector Projects should have: Experience managing construction projects, particularly in the public sector. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and schedules. Problem-solving skills to address challenges during construction.
