Job Title: Project / Program Manager II – Advanced (UAT / Testing)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project/Program Manager with 8+ years of experience in UAT and testing of financial/accounting platforms , preferably with exposure to Eagle Accounting , Sun Gard, or similar accounting systems. The candidate will be responsible for managing testing activities related to platform upgrades, migrations, integrations, and business-critical enhancements within the Asset & Wealth Management domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate UAT/testing activities for financial and accounting platform initiatives.
Manage end-to-end testing lifecycle including planning, execution, defect management, and stakeholder communication.
Collaborate with business, technology, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Validate system upgrades, migrations, and integrations with minimal business disruption.
Track project milestones, risks, issues, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in UAT/testing for financial or accounting platforms.
Exposure to Eagle Accounting, Sun Gard, Service Now, or similar accounting tools.
Project/program management experience within BFSI or Asset & Wealth Management domain.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Location: Bengaluru (JPMorgan Chase Towers)

Contract Duration: 6 Months
Work Mode: 4 Days Work from Office
Shift: 1:30 PM / 2:30 PM onwards IST
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
