Role Description The Aftermarket Manager is a full-time role based in Coimbatore. This role oversees all aftermarket and service operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support, spare parts management, warranty handling, and service contract administration. The Aftermarket Manager will plan and monitor aftersales performance, coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues, and implement processes to improve customer service quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring the service team, tracking key performance indicators, preparing reports, and aligning aftermarket strategies with business goals. The role also involves organizing customer and internal training sessions, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
• Experience in Aftersales operations, including service coordination, spare parts management, and warranty or AMC administration.
• Proven Team Management and Training capabilities, including coaching service staff and facilitating customer training programs.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to manage complex service issues and customer expectations.
• Relevant experience in industrial equipment, gas generation systems, compressed air solutions, or a related engineering domain is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with ISO-based quality systems and service documentation will be an added advantage.
