Accountant

Position: Accountant (Mid-Level Indian Accounting) Location: Pakwan Cross Roads, Sarkhej - Gandhinagar Hwy, Ahmedabad, Experience: 2 Years Employment Type: Temporary – 6 Months Time: 3:30pm to 12:30am (Mon-Fri) About Company The company is a professional accounting and financial services organization providing accounting and related services to clients, including US-based clients. The role requires strong communication skills to coordinate effectively in a professional client-facing environment. Responsibilities Handle day-to-day Indian accounting and bookkeeping activities. Maintain accounting records using Tally Prime and/or Zoho Books. Prepare and post sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries. Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations. Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related work. Prepare invoices and maintain accurate financial records. Coordinate with internal teams and US-based clients when required. Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned accounting tasks. Requirements B.Com / M.Com / CA Dropout. 2 years of relevant experience in Indian accounting. Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and/or Zoho Books. Good knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation. Strong understanding of Indian accounting principles and processes. Fluent verbal and written English communication is mandatory. Candidates must be comfortable with a temporary 6-month role . Note: This is initially a 6-month temporary role. Continuation may be possible based on the company's requirements and at the company's discretion.
