Learn more about who we are and what we’re building: this role, you will:Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional service and trusted tax advisory.Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance.Review complex individual, partnership, S corporation, and corporate tax returns for accuracy and compliance.Provide tax planning, consulting, and practical solutions to help clients achieve their business and financial goals.Manage multiple tax engagements while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Mentor, coach, and develop tax professionals through training, feedback, and technical guidance.Collaborate with partners and firm leadership to strengthen client relationships and support firm growth.Research complex tax issues and communicate recommendations clearly to clients and team members.Identify opportunities to provide additional value and expand client services.
What We're Looking For:8+ years of public accounting tax experience required.CPA license required.Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Experience reviewing complex tax returns and managing multiple client engagements.Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams. xzbcwsv Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
