Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Creative Designer role based in Hyderabad. The Creative Designer will develop visual concepts and produce graphics for digital and print campaigns, including social media posts, presentations, marketing collateral, and web assets. The role involves collaborating with marketers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to translate brand strategies into engaging, cohesive designs. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating layouts, refining brand elements, preparing files for production, and ensuring visual consistency across all materials. The Creative Designer will also contribute to web design projects, maintain design libraries, and stay current with design trends and tools.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Creative Design and Graphic Design skills for developing visually compelling concepts and layouts.
• Candidates should possess Graphics and Branding skills to create brand-aligned visual assets and maintain consistent identity systems.
• Candidates should possess Web Design skills to design responsive, user-friendly interfaces and digital experiences.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar) and familiarity with basic UX principles.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret briefs, and capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative design processes.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field; a portfolio demonstrating previous design work is required.
