Reporting directly to the CFO, this is an opportunity for an experienced accounting and finance leader who enjoys being hands-on while also contributing to broader business decisions. The Director will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, inventory accounting, budgeting, and forecasting while leading and developing a small accounting team.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting experience, particularly in inventory accounting within a product-based business, along with the ability to improve processes, leverage technology, and build relationships across the organization. We are looking for someone who is comfortable in a growing, evolving business, brings sound judgment and a collaborative leadership style, and enjoys finding better ways to get things done.
