Position: Assistant Manager – Production (Cutting) | Knits & Woven Garments

Major Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cutting operations for knit & woven garments , including fabric spreading, cutting, bundling and issuance.
• Achieve cutting targets while ensuring quality, accuracy and timely production .
• Optimize fabric utilization and marker efficiency to minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with Planning, CAD, Warehouse, Quality and Sewing teams.
• Monitor manpower productivity, workflow and cutting quality.
• Prepare cutting reports, analyze performance and drive efficiency improvements .
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards .

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile / Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in garment manufacturing.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of cutting, fabric utilization, spreading and marker efficiency .
• Export‑oriented garment manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, planning, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
