Associate Director / Director - Finance

Job Scope: The AD Finance, working in partnership with key stakeholders, has primary responsibility for all the financial affairs of JTH India Group under his/her region to cover for India operations. In the initial stage to look at all of Mumbai operations of subsidiaries and Adani business needs. The key areas of this role includes: (i) partnering with the RFD / RGM : driving profitability and KPIs, growth, management P&L and cost, forecasting and budgetting, financial feasibility for potential business oppprtunities, joint-venture, and M&A,; (ii) build and grow a strong team with strong DNA on finance discipline, financial controls, regulatory requirements plus strong financial manangement capacilities, (iii) ensure integrity of financial numbers and records in the region, and that loca
