Real Estate Assistant - REO (New Port Richey)

NOW HIRING: ON-SITE REAL ESTATE ASSISTANT Location: New Port Richey, Florida Company: BAM Realty Advisors Established REO broker specializing in distressed assets, foreclosures, and bank-owned properties is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to join our team. This is an on-site position based out of our New Port Richey office. Requirements: • Active Florida Real Estate License required • Minimum of three (3) years of real estate experience • Dependable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines • Strong computer and technology skills • Experience working with online real estate portals, websites, and transaction platforms • Excellent phone presence and customer service skills • Strong grammar, communication, and typing skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of assignments • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • A Can Do attitude Preferred Experience: • REO, foreclosure, BPO, or property preservation experience • MLS data entry and listing management • Contract preparation and transaction coordination • Working with buyers, seller, lenders, asset managers, title companies, and vendors Responsibilities Include: • Managing listings and REO tasking • Processing contracts and transaction paperwork • Coordinating inspections, vendors, and repair bids • Communicating with buyers, agents, title companies, and asset managers • Maintaining deadlines and task completion through online portals • General administrative and office support We are looking for a motivated team member who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
