Admission Counsellor- Study Abroad

Role Overview

We are looking for an Admission Counsellor with maximum 2-3 years of experience to guide students and parents through our study-abroad offerings. The role involves understanding each student's goals, explaining the right program clearly, and supporting them from first enquiry through to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on suitable online tutoring programs or study-abroad options based on their goals.

• Handle enquiries via calls, chats and walk-ins; explain courses, fees, process and timelines clearly.

• Guide students through the application/enrolment process, including documentation where relevant.

• Follow up consistently with prospective students to convert enquiries into admissions.

• Address doubts and concerns from parents and students with patience and clarity.

• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups and enrolment status in the CRM/tracker.

• Coordinate with the academic/operations team to ensure a smooth handover post-enrolment.

Who We're Looking For

• Excellent communication skills — clear, patient and persuasive with both students and parents.

• Good understanding (or willingness to quickly learn) of online tutoring programs and study-abroad processes.

• Target-driven with strong follow-up discipline.

• Organized, with basic computer/CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Prior experience in counselling, admissions or education sales is an advantage

Salary Offered: 25,000-30,000 INR
