Montaz Medias is a personal branding agency based in Visakhapatnam, helping founders and business leaders build their digital presence through strategy, scripting, content production, editing and growth.

We're looking for a Business Development Executive who can understand a prospect's business, identify their requirements, communicate the value of our services and convert qualified opportunities into long-term clients.

• Handle inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
• Connect with founders, entrepreneurs and business owners.
• Conduct discovery and consultation calls.
• Understand client goals, challenges and marketing requirements.
• Present Montaz Medias services and packages.
• Prepare proposals and quotations.
• Follow up consistently with prospects.
• Manage leads and opportunities in our CRM.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Coordinate client onboarding with the internal team.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Work towards monthly revenue and conversion targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence speaking with founders and business owners.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media or creative services.
• Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Target-oriented mindset.
• Good English and Telugu communication.

Previous experience in any of the following is an advantage:

• Digital marketing sales
• Advertising agency sales

• Video production

• SaaS or B2B sales

Freshers with excellent communication and sales ability may also apply.

₹2.16–₹2.64 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives

Compensation will depend on communication skills, previous experience and sales ability.

You'll work directly with founders, entrepreneurs and growing businesses while learning how creative services, personal branding, content strategy and sales come together inside an agency.
