We're Hiring: Counselling Psychologist (Full-Time, On-site Mumbai)

At Kare Counselling, we're growing our team and are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and evidence-based Counselling Psychologist to join us in Mumbai. Location: Girgaon Chowpatty, Mumbai

Work Mode: Full-time, On-site (Monday-Saturday)

About the Role: You'll work with adults and young adults, providing evidence-based psychotherapy while collaborating closely with a team that values ethical, culturally sensitive, and client-centred care.

Areas of Work:

Individual psychotherapy for adults and young adults

Anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions

Self-esteem, identity, and emotional regulation

Trauma-informed and culturally sensitive therapy

In-person counselling sessions

Requirements:

Internationally trained in Psychology/Counselling

Minimum 4 years of post-qualification clinical experience

Experience in Marriage & Family Therapy

Strong clinical, ethical, and interpersonal skills

A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct individual therapy sessions

Develop and implement personalised treatment plans

Maintain accurate and ethical clinical documentation

Collaborate with the Kare Counselling team on treatment approaches

Participate in regular supervision and case discussions

Refer clients to psychiatrists or other specialists when appropriate
