L/S Equity Analyst, Consumer

We are currently partnered with a consumer and technology-focused investment fund that is looking to add a Consumer-focused L/S Equity Analyst to its investment team in New York. The role will focus on fundamental, bottom-up research across the Consumer sector, with the opportunity to take significant ownership of the coverage universe and develop into a Sector Head over time.

Responsibilities:Conduct fundamental, bottom-up research on Consumer companiesBuild detailed financial models and valuation frameworksDevelop and present differentiated investment ideasMonitor portfolio holdings, earnings and industry developmentsContribute directly to the investment process and portfolio decisions
