In this per diem role, you will deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care to diverse adult patients, managing assessments, medications, IV therapies, and monitoring complex conditions. You will collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document thoroughly in the EHR.
