About Omni Studio's India Office

We're building the founding team for the India office of a multi-vertical AI agent business. The team runs a multi-brand content and distribution engine across major platforms and ships a multi-tenant AI-native SaaS. We're hiring a Social Media Manager to run our high-volume short-form clip operation for brand campaigns and the brand social presence—account health, trend-catching, multi-platform cadence—at the scale of a multi-brand content and distribution engine. You own the engine's first revenue line: clipping campaigns fund the rest of the operation, so account survival and clean output are non-negotiable.

About the Role

You own the high-volume short-form clip operation for brand campaigns and the brand social presence across our properties. You lead a team of junior social media specialists. You report to the Marketing Manager.

What You'll Do

• Own the high-volume short-form clip operation output quality: hook verification, VFX/SFX polish, cover frame, caption correction

• Own the brand social's full cadence across all brand social properties

• Run account-health checks across the brand's social properties every morning (the first hour of every day)

• Catch trends within 24-48 hours and ship a replication

• Coach the junior social media specialists through weekly 1:1s

• Test new clip tools and platform features within the week they drop

• Report quality + throughput + account health to the Marketing Manager monthly

What We're Looking For (Must-Have)

• 4-6 years in multi-platform social + short-form video at an agency, D2C, or in-house content publisher

• Has run a high-volume short-form clip operation for brand campaigns at scale

• Has run brand social at scale (multi-brand, many properties)

• Has managed a meaningful team of 6+ people

• AI-native in clip + content workflow — uses AI tools across clipping, VFX, video, voice, and copywriting daily

• Comfortable with professional multi-account management tooling and account-survival discipline

What We're Looking For (Preferred)

• Short-form video editing: CapCut (advanced) + Premiere / DaVinci basics for QA

• Community management: Discord, WhatsApp community, Telegram moderation

• Account-health discipline: standing rules, output goes to specific platforms only, zero policy violations

• Multi-platform hands-on: Instagram, X, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest
