For more information, please visit [ Job Description: Summary: The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, overseeing the day-to-day operations in the service region related to service, installation and movement/removal to ensure all locations are properly scheduled, serviced, and maintained. Additional responsibilities include the coordination of projects with Service Technicians. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule equipment installations and removals within a region
- Supervise, track, maintain and audit regional gaming parts and equipment
- Monitor Workday for regional Gaming Service Technicians day-to-day, timecards
- Manage inventory to ensure parts are available when repairs are needed
- Completes all necessary documentation for device entry and logs
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain a Terminal Handler’s License by the
- Strong organizational skills
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
- Versatility and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
