No prior adjusting experience required — we provide comprehensive training and mentorship.
Prior experience in construction, real estate, restoration, or customer service is a plus
Assist in inspecting residential and commercial property damage
Learn to interpret insurance policies and estimate losses
Support senior adjusters in preparing claims documentation
Communicate with clients, contractors, and insurance carriers
