Royal Maintenance Group is a fast-growing national contracting and property services company operating across 27 states, and we're looking for a highly analytical person to join our team.
You do not need previous estimating or industry experience.

What Will You Actually Be Doing?
Your job will be to help us figure out what projects should cost.Our company manages large commercial projects throughout the country. Before we can price a project for a customer, someone needs to analyze the property, determine what resources will be required, calculate costs, and make sure the project can be completed profitably.That's where you come in.
You will analyze information such as:Property sizes and measurementsLabor requirementsMaterial costsEquipment requirementsVendor and subcontractor pricingMaps and property layoutsHistorical project dataProject specificationsProfit marginsCustomer requirements
You'll then use that information to build accurate estimates and pricing models.Think of the position as a combination of math, business analysis, problem solving, and project strategy.

The Projects:You'll work on pricing projects for major commercial properties throughout the United States.Depending on the season and division, projects may involve:Snow and ice managementCommercial roofingProperty maintenanceFacility servicesOther commercial contracting services
One day you might be analyzing the cost to service a portfolio of commercial properties during a snowstorm. Another day you might be speaking with subcontractors executing the operations.The industries change.
The underlying job is the same: analyze the project, understand the numbers, and determine what it should cost.
