NANA-KI is a D2 C fashion brand based out of Mumbai founded by Vidhi and Rita Pandya (). The brand curates and sells Handblock printed shirts and shirt kurties for women. The company has a strong and loyal customer base and is looking for a social media manager to develop content which resonates with their target audience.

Job Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Malad West Mumbai. The Person will be responsible for developing content strategies, managing content calendars, creating engaging content, and optimizing graphic content for social media platforms, website and other marketing related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy:

- Develop, create, and curate engaging content (graphics, photos, reels, stories, blog posts, etc.) that resonates with our target audience.

- Create a content calendar aligned with our organizational goals, awareness campaigns, and upcoming events.

- Produce high-quality multimedia content, including social media graphics, video content, and written posts.

- Ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice, mission, and values.

Social Media Management:

- Manage and oversee all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.).

- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, supporters, and partners across all social media platforms.

- Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and content formats that can enhance engagement and visibility.

- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, etc.) and adjust strategies as needed.

- Schedule and post content regularly, ensuring consistency and timeliness across all platforms.

- Influencer and Creator outreach and partnership building.

Qualifications:

- Experience (1-2 years atleast) in managing social media accounts and creating content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.)

- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.

- Proficient in graphic design (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools) and basic understanding of reel editing
