Level Up USA has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Junior Account Manager to join our advertising and marketing firm. We are looking for candidates with potential and an ambitious drive, to help us continue to grow our sales initiatives within the Cincinnati area. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for supporting acceleration of revenue expansion through innovative product solutions, expanded service options and long-term customer relationship management.

Junior Account Manager Responsibilities:Generate new revenue for our products through new client acquisition and upselling of products and services to existing clients as assigned by management.Actively participate in our experiential sales & marketing campaignsBuild a sales pipeline by cultivating prospects, creating new business opportunities, Create and deliver sales presentations to key decision makers in targeted accountsExecute successful client contract negotiations and renewalsMeet daily and weekly KPIsSpeak to as many customers as possible dailyDevelop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the industry, our products and services, and the competitive landscape
Junior Account Manager Requirements:Associate’s Degree or higher in a relevant field of studyNo prior experience is requiredAble to manage all stages stages of the sales cycle including prospecting, needs analysis, presentation, proposal, negotiation and closingPositive track record of meeting and exceeding sales goalsDemonstrated aptitude for problem-solvingResults-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environmentAbility to work collaboratively across multiple departments to meet clients’ needsCustomer service experience is preferredStrong interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills, including presentation skillsAbility to develop and maintain professional relationships with prospects, clients and colleagues which are based on mutual respect and integrity.Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
