THE OPPORTUNITYPure Country Automotive has tremendous potential.With Ford, Chevrolet, and CDJR, our General Manager has access to three of the strongest domestic brands in the automotive industry under one operation.In the heart of Kentucky truck country, the opportunity to grow our truck and SUV business is significant.We are looking for a leader who sees that opportunity and wants to build something exceptional.This position is ideal for an experienced automotive leader who is competitive, understands dealership operations, and wants the ability to make a major impact.
QUALIFICATIONSProven automotive dealership management experience requiredGeneral Manager, General Sales Manager, or comparable senior dealership leadership experience requiredStrong desking and deal-structuring abilityStrong understanding of new and used vehicle operationsProven ability to lead and develop a sales organizationStrong understanding of internet leads and CRM processesWorking knowledge of F&I performance and dealership profitabilityAbility to read and manage from a dealership financial statementStrong inventory management skillsExcellent leadership, communication, motivational, and accountability skillsFord, Chevrolet/GM, or CDJR franchise experience is a plus
