About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and tech-savvy professional to work closely with the CEO in driving executive operations, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional coordination. This role combines executive assistance, business operations, project management, and AI-enabled productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive and secretarial support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling.
• Prepare presentations, business reports, MIS, meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up trackers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to monitor strategic projects and ensure timely execution.
• Track action items from leadership meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Draft professional emails, business correspondence, and executive communications.
• Maintain confidential business documents and records with high integrity.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude) to create reports, presentations, research, and productivity solutions.
• Support business planning, management reviews, and leadership meetings with actionable insights.

Desired Profile:

• MBA with 5-8 years of experience in the CEO's Office, Executive Assistant, Business Operations, Project Coordination, or Strategy roles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for business productivity and content creation.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information.
• Strong analytical, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
