In this role, you’ll provide occupational therapy services to the adult/geriatric population, working closely with patients to improve independence, mobility, safety, and overall quality of life. Provide personalized, patient-centered occupational therapy focused on functional outcomes

Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life
Deliver care through therapeutic activities, ADL training, and adaptive techniques
Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans based on patient needs and rehabilitation goals

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Program
