Job Description
I. Job Summary Provides technical guidance and oversight to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and facility permits. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides regulatory and technical guidance to sales, approvals, customer service, and operations personnel.
- Organizes and schedules all necessary resources required to accomplish activities.
- Works with regulatory agencies to obtain reasonable permit conditions and other requirements.
- Develops, implements, and maintains systems to support and monitor compliance and minimize risk.
- Reviews and signs environmental and other reports and project submittals.
- Reviews all waste approvals and provides second signature authorization.
- Provides technical assistance to operations in order to improve existing or develop new treatment methods. Develops and maintains written documents and/or plans.
- Maintains a technical communication network amongst various coordinators, and participates in community out-reach efforts.
- Oversees personnel needs including selecting, coaching, and training employees and evaluating employee performance. Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions.
- Submits reasonable budget information and analyzes data versus year-to-date data and prior year budget.
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree,
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
