Role & Requirements: 4–8 years of experience in Social Media Management and content creation in Real Estate is required Lead the content strategy and oversee monthly content calendars across multiple business verticals. Create compelling social media copy, campaign concepts, carousel content, and short-form video/reel scripts. Collaborate with designers, video editors, product teams, and leadership to deliver high-quality content. Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytical tools. Ability to create engaging content and campaigns that drive results. Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and social media trends. Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills. Lead, mentor, and develop the social media team by setting clear goals, reviewing performance Establish scalable workflows, content governance, and quality standards to ensure timely and consistent execution across all social channels. Experience managing teams and collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
