Role & responsibilities : Manage the recovery process for LAP & BL products in the respective region, ensuring optimal collection efficiency. Hire, train, and lead a team of Branch Collection Managers/Executives, providing continuous mentoring and coaching. Monitor collection performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective measures to minimize NPAs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Risk, Fraud, and Central Teams) to streamline collection strategies.
