We are seeking a faculty member with expertise in  Accounting: Markets and Organisations and  Management Accounting .

• Strong expertise in management and organisational accounting
• Sound understanding of:
• Cost and Management Accounting
• Budgeting and Performance Measurement
• Decision-making and Strategic Cost Analysis
• Management Control Systems
• Organisational Performance and Value Creation
• Accounting in Market and Business Contexts
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to contribute to teaching, curriculum development, student mentoring, and academic initiatives
  

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline
• CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable
• PhD in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Prior teaching, research, or relevant industry experience will be an added advantage
