Job Summary
* Set up, manufacture, and prepare medical device products for shipment
according to Nissha Medical Technologies specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and shut down manufacturing equipment.
- Assemble medical device sub-assemblies and finished products following work
instructions.
- Perform material and job changeovers.
- Conduct required testing and inspections.
- Cross-train and support other manufacturing areas, including the Clean Room.
- Coordinate with other departments to complete production orders efficiently.
- Maintain quality documentation and production records.
- Monitor and maintain accurate raw material and component inventories.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), gowning, housekeeping, and
documentation procedures.
* Perform additional production-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Three or more years of manufacturing experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable working in a clean room setting.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to assemble small components with attention to detail.
- Basic reading, math, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and follow production orders, work instructions, and
operating procedures.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
Nissha Medical Technologies is committed to fair, competitive, and
market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is
$17.75-$19.75/hour plus a $2.50/hour shift differential. The successful
candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will
inform their specific compensation.
