E-Commerce Sales Consultant | GEM OPTICIANS
LOCATION : Southern Park Mall, Saket, Delhi
SALARY : Negotiable based on experience & expertise
EXPERIENCE : Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience

As we expand our e-commerce business, we are looking for a polished and commercially driven E-Commerce Sales Consultant to elevate our digital sales performance and deliver a truly exceptional luxury client experience.
What you'll do:
1. Curate & recommend premium eyewear with a personalised, consultative approach
2. Drive sales via Whats App, email, digital enquiries & proactive follow-ups
3. Own the client journey order confirmation to final delivery
4. Handle high-value clients with discretion, polish, and precision
5. Resolve concerns swiftly while upholding luxury service standards
6. Build strong expertise in leading luxury eyewear & fashion brands
What we're looking for:
1. Proven experience in luxury sales / e-commerce sales (eyewear, fashion, watches, or premium retail preferred)
2. Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
3. Strong commercial acumen ability to convert enquiries into sales
4. A refined sense of luxury, fashion & clienteling
5. Organised, detail oriented, proactive, and target driven
6. Knowledge of luxury eyewear brands is a strong plus
