Job Title: Education Counselor - Golf Course Road

Location: Golf Course Road, Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Weekends Working | One Weekly Off)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Education Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting the right courses and achieving their academic and career goals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counseling skills, be target-driven, and have a passion for helping students make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and parents through phone calls, virtual meetings, and walk-ins.
• Understand students' academic background, career aspirations, and learning requirements.
• Recommend suitable programs and provide accurate information on courses, admissions, fees, scholarships, and career outcomes.
• Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students through regular follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
• Resolve student queries and provide an exceptional counseling experience.
• Stay updated on program offerings, industry trends, and admission policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0–5 years of experience in Education Counseling, Admissions, Academic Counseling, or Inside Sales.
• Prior experience in EdTech, Test Preparation, Study Abroad, Universities, or Education Services is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong counseling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales or admission goals.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
