Pharmacy Development Manager

TERRITORY: SCOTLAND Zenopa are partnered with a well-known contract sales organisation, servicing retail pharmacy who are seeking 2x Pharmacy Development Managers to join their field-based team. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists and healthcare assistants, speaking with them daily. Deliver training on new brands, product launches and other relevant updates to pharmacy teams and healthcare assistants. Complete regular reporting, including tracking how products are performing in-store. Capture sales via transfer orders To gather insight on in store and product competition activity, pricing, display and service. To attend team briefing meetings with the client, account managers and marketing teams to support knowledge development and prepare for future call cycles. Person Specification: Able to build rapport and develop trusted relationships with key staff Effective time management and journey planning capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in field-sales, merchandising, training or educating pharmacy teams or in a similar industry.
