This facility is seeking Neurology Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: Mon-Thurs - 8a-4:30p: Friday - 8a-12p with admin time 12p-4p
Practice Setting: Clinic
Types of Cases: Consults, est patients, if credentialed Botox for migraine
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner
Licensure Required: AZ License or compact
