About The Role

We are looking for a confident and patient-focused Patient Relationship & Sales Executive to manage patient communication, follow-ups, package conversions and renewals.

Key Responsibility

• Handle patient enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Build strong relationships with patients.
• Explain assessments, treatment plans and packages.
• Follow up with patients for package conversion and renewals.
• Manage leads and patient information in CRM.
• Coordinate with therapists and front desk.
• Track follow-ups, conversions and pending payments.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, healthcare, customer relationship or similar roles.
• Excellent communication in Hindi & English.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Patient-friendly, professional and target-oriented.
• Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
