Oracle Fusion Functional SCM-Order Management, OTM (SWOT)

JOB DESCRIPTION <li>15-20 years of overall experience in Supply Chain Management, ERP consulting, implementation, and support projects. </li><li>8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations and support engagements. </li><li>Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement, Supplier Portal, Supply Planning, Cost Management, PIM, and Order Management. Process Manufacturing, Maintenance, Inventory, Costing and Pricing, Transportation Management </li><li>Proven experience in multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, global rollouts, upgrades, and enhancement projects. </li><li>Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Settle, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Supply Chain processes. </li><li>Experienced in configuring Oracle Fusion SCM modules as per business requirements and industry best practices. </li><li>Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion integrations, FBDI/ADFDI templates, data migration, and interface validations. </li><li>Good knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher reporting, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). </li><li>Experience working closely with business users, technical teams, and implementation partners to deliver scalable SCM solutions. </li><li>Strong expertise in master data management including Suppliers, Items, Categories, Organizations, and Inventory Structures. </li><li>Proven ability to troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide effective resolution within SLA timelines. </li><li>Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Experience working across Process Manufacturing, distribution, retail, and service-based organizations. </li>
