Business Account Manager JH Cellular (Wireless Zone), an authorized Verizon retailer, is looking for a driven Business Account Manager to drive growth in the small-to-medium business segment. This hybrid role combines inside sales, outside sales, and retail support to deliver comprehensive Verizon wireless and business solutions to local businesses. You will split your time between our Verizon retail stores, remote work, on-site client visits, door-to-door prospecting, networking events, and follow-up activities. This is an ideal opportunity for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both face-to-face and remote selling. Key Responsibilities Drive Business Sales Sell Verizon wireless products and services to small and medium-sized businesses, including: smartphones, tablets, and mobile devices; business Internet; office phone solutions; business plans, fleet management, security solutions, and connected devices. Hybrid Sales Approach Conduct inside sales from our retail locations, outside sales via door-to-door visits, on-site client meetings, and remote/virtual selling. Retail Location Support Spend dedicated time in assigned Wireless Zone Verizon stores to: identify and close business opportunities from walk-in traffic; train and coach retail sales representatives on business solutions and selling techniques; assist retail teams with business client follow-up and quoting. Prospecting attending local networking events, chamber meetings, and trade shows; cold calling, email outreach, and CRM lead management.
