Job Type Full-time Description We are seeking multiple experienced and motivated Litigation Associates to join our team. Responsibilities include representing a range of clients in commercial disputes, conducting research, drafting and preparing pleadings, motions and other litigation documents, collecting evidence, managing all phases of discovery including e-discovery, taking and defending depositions, attending hearings, arbitrations, trials and mediations, in addition to coordinating and supervising the work of outside experts while ensuring compliance of all state, local and federal laws related to litigation matters.
