Job Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Ownership
Own the ServiceNow SPM product roadmap and define strategic priorities aligned with business objectives.Partner with Portfolio Managers, PMOs, Finance, Business Leaders, and IT stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.Define product vision, success metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes.Lead product planning sessions and roadmap reviews with executive leadership.
ServiceNow SPM Functional Ownership
Drive adoption and optimization of:Demand ManagementProject Portfolio Management (PPM)Program ManagementResource ManagementFinancial PlanningPortfolio ManagementStrategic PlanningAgile DevelopmentRoadmap PlanningObjectives & Key Results (OKRs)Investment Funding
Define and improve:
Demand intake processesPortfolio governanceResource forecastingProject lifecycle managementInvestment planning frameworksFinancial tracking models
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with business executives and delivery teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable platform capabilities.Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions.Manage competing priorities across multiple business units.Present product updates, release plans, and adoption metrics to leadership.
Agile Product Management
Own and manage the product backlog.Write and refine:EpicsFeaturesUser StoriesAcceptance CriteriaPrioritize backlog based on business value and strategic goals.Participate in PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.

Required Experience:12+ years of overall IT experience.5+ years of ServiceNow SPM experience.3+ years as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Product Lead.Experience leading enterprise portfolio transformation programs.Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, and Product Operating Models.Experience working with PMO, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams. xzbcwsv Experience managing global stakeholders and distributed teams.
