One of the leading Chinese technology companies is looking to hire a Services Solutions Sales Specialist to drive business development, sales, and revenue growth across telecom and ICT services in the 5G environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales, business development, orders, and profitability for telecom services.
• Develop customer relationships and identify business pain points and opportunities.
• Design and propose customized, competitive service solutions.
• Coordinate with R&D, Finance, Service, and Project teams for successful delivery.
• Manage project risks, progress, and solution deliverability.
• Support local marketing and customer engagement activities.
• Engage senior customers through strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of telecom/ICT services sales or business development experience.
• Experience in CS/MS, PMO, Rollout, or Optimization .
• Exposure to at least 3 areas: Wireless, Core, TXN, MW, Optical, CW, NOC, Analytics, RF Planning & Optimization, Data Center, or Power.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer-management skills.
