Novant Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse for our NICU to provide expert, family-centered care to premature and critically ill newborns. In this role, you will perform comprehensive neonatal assessments, deliver evidence-based interventions, manage ventilators and IV therapies, and respond to emergencies using NRP skills. You will educate and support families, document in the EHR, and collaborate closely with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and the care team.
