Team Member - Product

We are looking for a highly organized and collaborative Product Operations Associate to drive product efficiency, streamline cross-functional workflows, and support successful product launches. In this role, you will act as the operational backbone of our product team, bridging the gap between product development, business goals, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• -Drive product efficiency by managing day-to-day execution, data tracking, and multi-team alignment
• .Maintain internal trackers and collaborate with internal/external teams to ensure timely project deliverables, and keep stakeholders informed of product performanc
• eMonitor core business numbers and manage documentation in strict adherence to organizational policies and procedures
• .Act as the central bridge between Risk & Compliance, Operations, Business, and Product teams to streamline workflows
• .Handle routine operational tasks and queries from Partners, such as clearing up settlements, merchant lifecycle management etc
• .Gather insights to assist the product team in prioritizing and resolving issues
